Hailee J. Stephens

Hailee J. Stephens is an experienced UX Content Designer and strategist with a strong background in creating user-focused content and experiences at SurveyMonkey since April 2017. Currently serving as UX Content Designer II, Hailee leads efforts for Enterprise Admin and multi-user collaboration features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, UX Design, and Research. Previous roles include designing conversations for the company's chatbot, contributing to multiple help centers, and supporting team initiatives through UX writing. Prior to SurveyMonkey, Hailee worked as a Professional Makeup Artist and contributed to the MAC Cosmetics management team, where responsibilities included facilitating classes and providing makeup expertise.
