Sabrina Leblanc is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Vice President at SurveyMonkey since August 2014, leading efforts to enhance customer experience through AI-powered technology. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Sales and Site Leader, Senior Manager of Sales and Business Development, and Manager of Business Development & Customer Success, where Sabrina established the first teams for a specific application management solution. In addition to corporate roles, Sabrina was a Member of the Board of Directors at Desjardins, contributing to audit and community development efforts. Prior to this, Sabrina held positions at Fluidware and Export Development Canada, beginning a career focused on financial support and sales management. Sabrina holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Summa Cum Laude) in Finance from the University of Ottawa and studied Business Administration at Audencia Business School in France.
