Scott Walter

Scott Walter is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and customer service. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at SurveyMonkey since April 2012, Scott leads initiatives focused on customer-facing features and platform API functionality, with an emphasis on identity services, collaboration experiences, and enterprise capabilities. Prior to this role, Scott contributed to Netflix from September 2007 to February 2012, holding various positions including Senior Engineering Manager and Customer Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading a team of customer service agents through significant organizational changes. Scott earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Portland State University.
