Rishul R

Rishul R has worked for a variety of companies since 2010. Rishul began their career as a Software Engineer at Accenture in 2010. Rishul then moved to Snowman Logistics Limited in 2014, where they worked in the COO's Office. In 2015, they worked as a Consultant for Cognizant Business Consulting, and also as a Product Manager for Freshworks Inc. (formerly Freshdesk). In 2019, they moved to Exotel Techcom Private Limited and worked as a Product Manager. In 2020, they began working as a Staff Product Manager at Twilio Inc., and currently holds the role of Director Product Management at SurveySparrow since 2022.

Rishul R attended Jaypee Institute of Information Technology from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering. In 2013, they began attending Indian Institute of Management Udaipur and obtained a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Strategy and Operations in 2015. Rishul also holds two certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice, ITIL Service Transition (obtained in July 2015) and ITIL Foundation (obtained in September 2014).
