Michal Lasota

Michal Lasota currently serves as General Counsel at Market One Capital since 2024 and is a member of the Supervisory Board at Survicate since November 2021. Previous roles include General Counsel at Inuru (2022-2023) and ARIA (2019-2023), as well as Legal Counsel at Noble Securities S.A. (2011-2018), where expertise in transaction advisory for capital market transactions was developed. Additionally, Michal held the position of Legal Compliance Officer at Warta Insurance (2009-2011) and completed internships at Opera TFI S.A. and CDM Pekao SA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Warsaw and various scholarships and certifications in law from institutions including the University of Florida and Ruhr University Bochum. Michal has been a member of the Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie since 2013.
