Jennifer Gross has over 25 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennifer began their career in 1996 as the Human Resources Director at LB&B Associates Inc, where they were responsible for directing the extensive operations and functions of the Corporate Human Resources Department. During their tenure, they provided expertise and guidance in areas such as company policies and procedures, discrimination and harassment investigations, EEOC charges, labor management, benefit plan analysis and administration, recruitment, affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and employee relations. Jennifer also coordinated the hiring and orientation of large workforces for new contracts. In 2006, Jennifer joined SURVICE Engineering as the Human Resources Manager and later became the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022.

Jennifer Gross completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Frostburg State University from 1989 to 1993. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Loyola University Maryland from 1993 to 1996.
