Mark Lutman

Mark Lutman has extensive experience in technical sales and management within the marine and life-saving appliance sectors. Currently serving as a TSM Crewsaver specialist at Survitec Group Ltd. since July 2011, Mark focuses on mentoring and developing sales teams worldwide while managing strategy-driven projects. Previous roles include Technical Sales Manager, where responsibilities included implementing commercial activities for Crewsaver life jackets across various sectors, and International Sales Manager at Crewsaver, where Mark managed distributor networks in 35 countries to enhance brand development and sales. Mark's career began in sales at Marlin Wetsuits, followed by a management position at LDC Racing Sailboats. Mark holds a City & Guilds with Distinction in Building & Construction from North Oxon Technical College and attended Magdalen College Brackley.
