Jaitton L. Balcom

Jaitton L. Balcom, NRP, EMT-T, serves as a Training Program Coordinator and multiple training center coordinator positions at Heartland Education Inc. since February 2023. Jaitton Balcom also holds the role of Director of Training and Development at Heartland Medical Direction, alongside being a Flight Paramedic and Regional Clinical Educator for Survival Flight Inc. Additionally, Jaitton Balcom is the principal owner of Cardinal Public Safety Solutions, LLC, providing emergency medical consulting services, and Balcom's Bees Apiary and Honey, LLC, a family-owned honey bee farm. Previous experience includes serving as a Special Operations Paramedic and Deputy Sheriff at Washita County Sheriff Department, as well as various instructional roles at Western Technology Center and other organizations. Educational qualifications include a Technical degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician from Kiamichi Technology Center-Poteau.
