Bhujangrao Thorat

Bhujangrao Thorat has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Bhujangrao is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager of HR/IR/Admin at Sitaram Spinners Private Limited. Bhujangrao also held the position of General Manager of P&A/IR at Khosla Profil Private Limited. Before that, Bhujangrao worked at Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Ltd Nagardhan Ramtek Nagpur India as the Vidarbha Region of Maharashtra State. Additionally, they have held management positions such as Deputy General Manager at GimaTex Industries Pvt.ltd. and Factory Manager at Tania Industries Pvt.ltd. Bhujangrao also served as the General Manager at Sagar International Pvt.Ltd MIDC Wardha and as Senior Manager of P&A/HR at Bajaj Steel Industries Limited MIDC Hingna Nagpur. Their earliest work experience includes serving as a Labour Officer/Factory Manager at SMS BAPURAOJI DESHMUKH SS SOOT GIRNI LTD World BANK NCDC-III Agro Industrial Project.

Bhujangrao Thorat completed their education from 1981 to 1998. Bhujangrao attended Chhatrapati High School, Adarsh Science College DMN Rly, Yashwant Law College, and Dr. Ambedkar College Of SW Wardha. During this time, they obtained degrees in SSc, HSc, BSc, L.Lb, and MSW, with fields of study including school subjects, science (PCM), law and legislation, and labour legislation. Bhujangrao also completed a Master's Degree in HR, IR, personnel administration, and law and labour welfare.

In 2012, Bhujangrao Thorat obtained certifications in ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and ISO 1800 from the International Organization for Standardization.
