Irene Hamidjaja

Ms. Irene Hamidjaja has served as Director of the Company since 2017 up to the present. She received a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of New Orleans, USA in 1987. She started her career at Gunawan, Prijohandojo, Utomo & Co. (Arthur Andersen & Co., SC.) with the last position as Supervisor—Tax Consultant (1987- 1992). Previously, she held the positions of Assistant Vice President of Finance Division (1992-1998), Vice President of Compliance & Quality Assurance (Internal Audit) (1989-2001) and Compliance/Vice President Director (2002-2004) at Citibank, N.A, Director at PT Bank Commonwealth (2004-2008), Compliance Director & HR at PT Bank Andara (2009-2012), Director at PT FKS Multiagro/PT Redwood (2012-2014), Business Consultant (2015-2016).
