Steve Baggott

Steve Baggott is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and investment. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Sus Clinicals, Inc. since March 2019, Baggott also holds the position of Managing Director at Strategic Growth Ventures LLC, where responsibilities include consulting for open innovation, investing in early-stage entities, and coaching within the #startupcincy community. As an Investor Member and Board Director with Queen City Angels since November 2015, Baggott participates in an angel investing group focused on supporting exceptional entrepreneurs and leads marketing initiatives. Previous experience includes over three decades at Procter & Gamble, where Baggott was the Director of Global Business Development, managing partnerships and collaborations, as well as roles in marketing within the beauty sector. Baggott holds an AB in History from Dartmouth College, earned between 1979 and 1983.
