Hester Roorda

Hester Roorda has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as an HR Advisor at SUSA flexibel studentenwerk since February 2015. In this role, Hester is responsible for overseeing the absence management process for both permanent and flexible employees, maintaining communication with the company doctor. Additionally, Hester has managed student teams, ensuring operational efficiency and serving as a liaison between clients and students. Previous roles include Assistant Planning & Traffic, where Hester handled client scheduling and provided support to students. Hester also has a background in the hospitality sector as a Wine Specialist at Wijncafé Lefebvre, where wine education was a primary focus. Hester completed a Bachelor of Cultural Heritage at Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, which included an educational internship at Van Abbemuseum, contributing to an audio tour project.
