Shaheer Sandhu

Shaheer Sandhu is a skilled professional with extensive experience in venture capital, product strategy, and partnerships. Currently serving as a Venture Fellow at Susa Ventures and part of the core team at Alif, Shaheer has also been instrumental in building LinkedIn's self-serve hiring products. Prior roles include serving as a VC Analyst at Base Ventures and a Product Manager at Scalers AI, where innovative solutions were developed for enterprise customers. As a Board Member for AIM 4 The Heart, Shaheer directed partnerships and fundraising, collaborating with notable organizations. Shaheer's consulting experience with The Berkeley Group involved impactful work with numerous nonprofits, and a previous internship at Salesforce enhanced sales lead generation through product development. Shaheer holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and has a strong academic background.
