The Board Governance team at Susan B Allen Memorial Hospital is responsible for ensuring effective leadership and strategic oversight of the hospital’s operations. Comprised of the Chair, Vice Chair, and multiple Trustees, the team establishes policies, provides direction, and ensures the hospital adheres to regulatory standards while fulfilling its mission to deliver quality health care services to the community.
