Alicia Gordon MacAlus

Alicia Gordon Macalus serves as the Minnesota State Executive Director for Susan G. Komen since October 2022. Previously, Alicia held the position of Executive Director at Stillwater Public Library Foundation from June 2019 to October 2022, where governance initiatives and financial viability were successfully managed. Concurrently, Alicia directed the Minnesota Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics for a brief period in 2019, focusing on strategic planning and member engagement. Earlier roles include Foundation Director at Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® and Senior Director for the Go Red For Women campaign at the American Heart Association, where fundraising efforts raised nearly $8 million over ten years. Alicia began a sales and marketing career at Great River Office Products before transitioning to nonprofit leadership. Alicia holds a BA in Organizational Management & Communication from Concordia University-St. Paul, along with training in Interior Design from College of DuPage.
