Andi Owen

Andi Owen is the CEO for Herman Miller, Inc., a globally recognized design and innovation company that provides furnishings, technologies, and services that solve problems for people wherever they live, work, learn, heal and play. Andi received her B.A. from the College of William and Mary. She also completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program and Harvard’s intensive, first-of-its-kind course, Women on Boards: Succeeding as a Corporate Director. Andi is passionate about using design thinking to solve complex problems and using business as a force for good. She is the daughter of a breast cancer survivor.
