Paola Bleichner

Paola Bleichner is an experienced educator and event specialist with a strong background in culturally responsive teaching, project management, and customer care. Since 2016, Bleichner has served as a World Language Spanish Educator for Howard County Public Schools, focusing on creating inclusive and equitable learning environments. Concurrently, Bleichner has excelled as an Event Specialist for Susan Gage Caterers, managing high-profile events in the Washington Metropolitan area. Bleichner's prior roles include Project Manager and Procurement Specialist at East Coast Fresh, as well as Customer Care Manager and Payroll Administrator, where Bleichner developed strong organizational and communication skills. Bleichner holds a Master's degree in Education from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, complemented by an International Business Seminar at Mahidol University.
