SusCap Advisors is a specialised financial advisory firm focused exclusively on sourcing, structuring and executing financing transactions for carbon reduction and removal projects. The firm partners with project developers, sponsors, and investors to design and implement financing solutions that translate climate and biodiversity projects into investible and bankable assets.

The founding partners each bring more than 30 years of investment banking and investment management experience from major financial institutions, such as Citigroup, Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse, and Bank of America, as well as several prominent hedge funds. This background is complemented by extensive carbon market experience over the past seven years: operational and financial management for one of the world's largest ARR projects, managing carbon market investments on behalf of several pension funds, and carbon market analytics at a leading carbon market advisory firm.

SusCap provides a range of advisory services, including project financial analysis, capital strategy, risk assessment and mitigation, capital sourcing, preparation of institutional marketing materials, transaction structuring, negotiation support, and ongoing investor and lender relationship management.

Although recently established, the firm is actively supporting clients with agroforestry, ARR, and mangrove projects across Africa and Asia.
