Cathal Griffin

Cathal Griffin is a seasoned professional in sales operations and management with experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Quota Planning and Sales Compensation Lead at SUSE since October 2021, Cathal previously held the role of Senior Sales Operations Analyst for Emerging Region at Veritas Technologies LLC from March 2020 to October 2021, and at Symantec from September 2015 to March 2020, where responsibilities included supporting EMEA sales leaders and enhancing sales productivity. Earlier career roles include Technical Manager at Eye Cinema Galway and network support positions at the University of Limerick and Motorola Mobility. Cathal holds a Master of Science in Interactive Media and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology & Telecommunications, both from the University of Limerick.
