Diego Ríos

Diego Ríos currently serves as the General Manager EMEA South and Vice President of ECS EMEA South at SUSE since November 2021. Prior to this role, Diego held senior positions at SAP from March 2017 to November 2021, including Senior Director for Intelligent Spend Management in EMEA South and Head of Sales for Ariba. From July 2009 to October 2016, Diego worked at IBM as Software Enterprise Sales Director, managing teams across Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Israel, and leading complex software deal negotiations. Diego's earlier experience includes roles at ILOG as a Program Manager and Consultant, and at Xtrasource BV as a Technical CSR. Diego holds a Master’s degree in Telematics from the University of Twente and an Engineering degree in Telecommunications from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
