Jeff R. Christensen has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, beginning with a position as a Customer Support Engineer at WordPerfect from April 1990 to January 1994. Afterward, Jeff worked as a FamilySearch Support Engineer at Dynix and progressed to roles involving programming and technical support at Ameritech Library Services, NACT, and Caldera, where support was provided for various customers and software platforms.
