Miles Escow, CCXP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and support operations across various technology companies. Currently serving as Director of Support Operations at SUSE since August 2022, Miles leads the design and implementation of innovative support solutions, including an online Support Center and AI-enabled tools. Previously, as Director of Customer Experience at BMC Software, Miles was instrumental in establishing the Customer Experience team, significantly improving customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives. Miles further honed expertise at SAP in roles such as Senior Product Manager, where impactful transformations of the SAP Support Portal were achieved. With foundational experience in IT support across multiple organizations, Miles combines technical proficiency with a strong focus on enhancing customer interactions and support delivery. Miles holds a BSc in Biology from UCL and has benefitted from a robust educational background in the sciences.
