Dixon Yeung is an experienced operations and finance professional currently serving as the Operations Manager at Sushi Maki since June 2020, where responsibilities include documenting internal processes, performing financial analysis, and conducting marketing analytics. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Finance Analyst and Sales Marketing Analyst, analyzing sales data and generating financial reports for multiple restaurant locations. Dixon has also worked with L.E.K. Consulting as a Consulting Case Team Assistant, PwC Hong Kong as an Audit & Assurance Co-Op, and Andersen Tax as a Commercial Tax Co-Op. Educational qualifications include a degree in International Business, Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University and a coursework stint at The University of Hong Kong focusing on Economics and Finance.
