Manon Dassy is an experienced professional in management and operations within the food and retail industries. Currently serving as Responsable formation and Manager Multi Sites at Sushi Shop since October 2021, Manon oversees 35 employees across six locations in Paris and the Île-de-France region, managing recruitment, human resources, and adherence to quality and hygiene protocols.
