Yael Toledano has diverse work experience in various marketing and communication roles. Yael is currently serving as the Marketing, Communication & Digital Director at Sushi Shop since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Marketing & Communication Director at Sushi Shop from November 2016 to March 2022. Yael also served as the Marketing, Communication & Digital Director at Uniper from August 2015 to October 2016. Yael's previous positions include Marketing & Communication Manager at Pierre Hermé Paris from September 2012 to August 2015, BtoB Marketing & Communication Manager at Nestlé Nespresso from September 2006 to April 2012, BtoC & BtoB CRM Manager at Nestlé Nespresso from September 2006 to September 2007, and Marketing Analyst at Yves Rocher from August 2003 to August 2006. Yael started their career as an Assistant Offre Maroquinerie et Accessoires at Louis Vuitton from April 2003 to August 2003.

Yael Toledano started their education at Lycée Lakanal from 1996 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a degree in Hypokhagne et Khagne B/L. Following that, from 1999 to 2002, they attended ENSAI, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. Finally, in 2002, Yael enrolled in ESCP Business School and completed a Master Spécialisé in Marketing et Communication in 2003.
