Sanjay Gupta is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in pastry arts. With a career beginning at Taj Hotels as Chef De Partie from May 1996 to January 2003, Sanjay transitioned to P&O Cruises in the same role until April 2005. Following this, a position as Chef De Partie was held at Hilton St. Annes Manor in Bracknell from May 2005 to September 2006. Sanjay then advanced to Nobu Berkeley as Head Pastry Chef from November 2006 to February 2020, and continued in the same capacity at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square from March 2020 to October 2024. Currently, Sanjay serves as the Regional Head Pastry Chef at SUSHISAMBA since October 2024.
