Joe Krych has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Joe started their career in 1977 as a QM1 in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they worked until 1983. In 1984, they transitioned to a role as a Police Officer at Rocky River Police, and the following year, they joined Cleveland Police. During their time at Cleveland Police, Joe held various positions, including PO, Det., Sgt., and Lt., until 2005. Joe then joined LoJack Corporation as a Law Enforcement Liaison, where they worked for 14 years. In 2019, they moved on to work as the LE Business Development Manager at Suspect Technologies.

Joe Krych's education history includes attending Baldwin Wallace University for an unspecified period of time, where they pursued a field of study in Criminal Justice. Joe then enrolled at Cuyahoga Community College and graduated in 1993 with an Associate of Applied Sciences-Law Enforcement. Prior to their college education, Joe attended GlenOak High School in 1976. Additionally, they obtained certification in the Reid Method of Criminal Interviews & Interrogation from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates in April 2003.
