Keith Rupp is an accomplished professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in transportation and project management. Currently serving as the Transportation Group Manager at Susquehanna Civil Inc. since 2020, Rupp previously held the position of Senior Transportation Engineer at Susquehanna Civil Engineering from 2015 to 2020. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Civil Engineer at H2 Engineering Services and Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, and as a Project Engineer at Dawood Engineering Inc. Rupp began their career at Gannett Fleming as an Engineer. Rupp holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
