Ryan W. has over 23 years of experience in civil engineering and utility coordination, currently serving as Utility Group Manager at Susquehanna Civil Inc. since November 2010. In this role, Ryan manages utility and railroad coordination for various projects while overseeing the group's growth and development. Previously, as Right-of-Way and Utility Group Manager, Ryan significantly contributed to staff development, achieving a remarkable 350% growth within two years. Earlier positions include senior designer roles focusing on PennDOT design processes and utility plans, as well as design and CADD support in various engineering firms. Ryan holds an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from York Technical Institute and has completed coursework in Engineering at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
