Andrew Young-Thompson

Andrew Young-Thompson is an experienced professional in post-trade technology and project management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of APAC Post Trade Technology at Susquehanna International Group, LLP since April 2014, Andrew oversees technology development and second line support for Operations Middle Office, Accounting, and Compliance. Previous roles include Project Manager at the Commonwealth Bank, where efforts focused on the OTC Reform Programme, and Program Manager for Global Equity Change Management at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Andrew's extensive career includes consultancy positions at Nomura International and Accenture, alongside managerial roles at Barclays Wealth, LCH.Clearnet, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Finance, Derivatives from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Natal.
