Dewald Abrie

Dewald Abrie is a seasoned software engineer and architect with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Reference Data Tech Lead and Software Architect at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG), Dewald has also held the position of Senior Software Engineer in Data at Cover Genius and worked as a Python Developer at Capital Markets CRC Limited. Previous roles include Design Engineer at Innoventix Consulting and contributions as a Flight Software Certification Assistance and Embedded Software Engineer at ArioGenix (Pty) Ltd. Dewald holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electric/Electronic Engineering, both from Stellenbosch University.
