Dr. Tamara Willis

Dr. Tamara Willis is an experienced educational leader currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Saint Francis University since February 2024 and as a Leadership Fellow at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania since January 2023. Dr. Willis has a significant background in school administration, having held the position of Superintendent in the Susquehanna Township School District since January 2015, along with previous experience as Assistant Superintendent in both the Susquehanna Township School District and the School District of the City of York. Additional experience includes serving as Principal at Steelton-Highspire School District from August 2008 to January 2012. Dr. Willis holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology from Temple University and has completed a Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility program at PennWest California, along with a Master of Education in Educational Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary/Special Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and Temple University, respectively.
