Laura Haden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in alumni engagement and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Alumni Engagement at Susquehanna University since November 2025, Laura oversees alumni relations for over 21,000 alumni, fostering connections through various programs and events. Prior to this role, Laura held several key positions in higher education, including Assistant Director of Alumni Career Connections at Bucknell University and Director of Alumni Relations at King's College. In addition, Laura is the owner of Firefly Hill Marketing Services, specializing in graphic design and event planning. Academic credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from King's College, supplemented by two Master’s degrees in Creative Writing from Wilkes University.
