Andrew Meltzer is an Associate Attorney at Sussan, Greenwald & Wesler since July 2015, with prior experience as a Brandeis Law Society Legal Fellow at Margolis Edelstein. Meltzer has provided pro-bono representation in civil litigation and currently focuses on subrogation and auto defense matters. Previous roles include a Certified Legal Intern at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where prosecution of criminal cases was undertaken, and internships with the New Jersey Office of Attorney General in Environmental Enforcement and Education sections. Meltzer began legal training at Drexel University, obtaining a Juris Doctor in 2014, following a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Delaware. Early professional experiences include positions with Obama's Voter Protection Unit and as an intern for Congressman Rush Holt.

Sussan, Greenwald & Wesler was founded almost 50 years ago when Theodore Sussan first established his general practice. In 1975, personal circumstances involving his autistic son compelled him to gain an in-depth understanding and appreciation for the special education rights of school-aged children between the ages of three and twenty-one. This in turn led to his focus on special education law. Today, Sussan, Greenwald & Wesler is recognized as one of the leading special education law firms in New Jersey, having helped thousands of special needs children receive access to the educational opportunities they might otherwise have not had. In some cases, this has meant fighting to set legal precedents in the state.
