Mariann Crincoli is a seasoned attorney and partner at Sussan, Greenwald & Wesler since July 2016. Previously, Crincoli served as an attorney at Machado Law Group from April 2014 to June 2016 and held the position of General Counsel at New Community Corporation from March 2012 to March 2014, as well as at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark NJ from 2008 to March 2012. Crincoli was a partner at Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP from February 2001 to April 2008 and completed a law clerkship at the Superior Court of New Jersey Middlesex County from 1994 to 1995. Crincoli earned a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law (1991-1994) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and History from Seton Hall University (1987-1991). Mariann Crincoli graduated from Roselle Park High School (1983-1987).

Sussan, Greenwald & Wesler was founded almost 50 years ago when Theodore Sussan first established his general practice. In 1975, personal circumstances involving his autistic son compelled him to gain an in-depth understanding and appreciation for the special education rights of school-aged children between the ages of three and twenty-one.
