Richard Nelson has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and operations fields. Richard started their career at Anderson Machining Service as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and worked there from September 1992 to December 2003. Richard then owned and operated their own Private Excavating Company from December 2003 to August 2007. Richard then joined American Metal Technologies, LLC as Vice President of Operations and Engineering from August 2007 to September 2017. After that, they worked at Poclain Hydraulics as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager from November 2017 to April 2019. Currently, Richard is serving as the Vice President of Operations at Sussek Machine Company, starting from April 2019.

- Richard attended Aveta Business Institute and completed a degree in Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean, with a focus on Statistical Analysis and Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
