Andy Borsheim is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Tech Lead at Sussex IM since February 2016, following a tenure as a Secondary Technician. Prior to Sussex IM, Andy held the position of Service/Parts Manager at Neu's Building Center for 16 years, where responsibilities included sales, purchasing, inventory control, and managing warranty claims, among other tasks. Andy's earlier roles include positions as Service Technician at Wisconsin Power Tool, Mayfair Mobil, Rank & Son Buick GMC, and 5 Corners GMC Truck, focusing on the repair of various automotive and power tools. Andy holds an Associates Degree in Automotive Science from Waukesha County Technical College, obtained between 1993 and 1995.
