Alex Bradley

Mr. Bradley has a diverse and impressive background that is second to none in the community association industry. He joined Sustainability Partners in 2019 specializing in the communication association infrastructure vertical. Over his 20+ year career, Mr. Bradley has held various positions in the industry including senior banking leadership roles, Vice President of a large loss insurance consulting firm, and CEO for a community management firm. Early on in his career, he was an architect/land-use planner.

Mr. Bradley’s undergraduate studies were in Architecture and he holds a Masters of Business Administration in addition to a Masters in Environmental Planning & Design. Mr. Bradley has worked as an adjunct professor and is regularly sought out as a public speaker for his applications of behavioral economics, business valuation, association banking and insurance claims in the association management business. he is a licensed community association manager in both Florida and Colorado. He is active in the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and California Association of Community Managers.
