Dr. Detlef Antonius Tietze is currently the Director and a member of the Management Team at sustainable AG Unternehmensberatung since March 2023 and serves as a member of "The Sustainable Procurement Pledge" network since November 2019. Tietze previously held the position of Partner and Head of Sustainability Advisory at H&Z Management Consulting from August 2005 to December 2022 and was also a project manager. Other notable roles include serving on the Advisory Board of rpc - The Retail Performance Company from 2016 to 2019, and as a project manager for turnaround and restructuring at Dr. Michael Taeger & Partner Top Management Consulting from 2004 to 2005. Tietze began a career in banking with a traineeship and apprenticeship at Commerzbank AG, and holds a Doctorate in Economics and a Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Bayreuth.

sustainable AG is a consultancy specialized in strategy and management consulting in the areas of sustainability, corporate responsibility and carbon management. sustainable was founded in 2008. We support businesses in the process of identifying and evaluating global sustainability challenges and meeting the resulting expectations of their stakeholders. Our core competences lie in the development and implementation of corporate responsibility (CR) and climate strategies, carbon management, EU ETS requirements for businesses as well as coaching and moderation in the area of corporate sustainability. Together with our sister company akzente kommunikation und beratung GmbH - specialized on sustainability reporting - we cover a broad range of sustainability topics and services. Instead of leaving the future to chance, we want to shape it by facilitating dialogue between the business community and society.
