Kristina Heck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable transformation and change management. Currently serving as Senior Manager & Service Lead for sustainable transformation at sustainable AG since December 2022, Kristina previously held roles including Program Director and Program Manager for Sustainable Solutions at GoodPlanet Belgium from June 2019 to December 2022. Prior experience includes Lead HR Business Partner at Zalando SE, Change Management Consultant at Ytae, Capacity Building Specialist at UNDP, Performance Management Officer at UNHCR, and Senior Consultant in Change Management at Capgemini Consulting. Kristina holds a Diplom in Organizational Psychology from The University of Freiburg, obtained between 2000 and 2005.

sustainable AG is a consultancy specialized in strategy and management consulting in the areas of sustainability, corporate responsibility and carbon management. sustainable was founded in 2008. We support businesses in the process of identifying and evaluating global sustainability challenges and meeting the resulting expectations of their stakeholders. We assist our clients in developing appropriate strategies and in their practical implementation. Our approach to consultancy in these fields is based on more than 10 years of expert knowledge. Our core competences lie in the development and implementation of corporate responsibility (CR) and climate strategies, carbon management, EU ETS requirements for businesses as well as coaching and moderation in the area of corporate sustainability. Together with our sister company akzente kommunikation und beratung GmbH - specialized on sustainability reporting - we cover a broad range of sustainability topics and services.
