Leon Bartling is a Sustainability Consultant at sustainable AG since August 2023, focusing on designing and implementing sustainability strategies across various industries and ensuring compliance with sustainability reporting obligations. Previously, Leon served as a Junior Sustainability Consultant, where responsibilities included developing sustainability strategies and preparing clients for reporting obligations. An internship at sustainable AG Unternehmensberatung involved conducting risk analyses within supply chains to address social and environmental challenges. Leon's experience at GLS Bank included roles as a student assistant in the "Sustainable Mobility" division, responsible for knowledge management and research, as well as customer advising and completing a bank apprenticeship with honors. Leon holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Universität Witten/Herdecke, supplemented by Erasmus studies at Prague University of Economics and Business.

sustainable AG is a consultancy specialized in strategy and management consulting in the areas of sustainability, corporate responsibility and carbon management. sustainable was founded in 2008. Together with our sister company akzente kommunikation und beratung GmbH - specialized on sustainability reporting - we cover a broad range of sustainability topics and services. Instead of leaving the future to chance, we want to shape it by facilitating dialogue between the business community and society.
