Jesse Goldsmith

Jesse Goldsmith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Beginning in 2003, Goldsmith worked as the Chief Brrrista at Goldsmiths Premiums Ice Cream until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, Goldsmith served as the General Manager at Goldsmith's Inn, where they were responsible for various tasks including front desk management, creative advertising, social media management, breakfast cooking, and customer service. During this time, Goldsmith also conducted occupancy and rate analysis to optimize pricing during peak times and events.

In 2013, Goldsmith joined Stantec as a Government Contracts Specialist and Small Business Liaison Officer. In this role, they handled various aspects of federal contract administration, such as developing indirect rates, reporting on small business sub-contracting, and proposal preparation. Goldsmith's proficiency in the Federal Acquisition Regulations, particularly FAR Part 31 and FAR 52. 219-9, contributed to their success in this position.

In 2017, Goldsmith transitioned to 34 Degrees, where they initially served as an Accounting Coordinator before being promoted to Accounting and Operations Manager. As the manager, Goldsmith oversaw the Order to Cash Cycle, provided comprehensive dashboards covering sales, inventory, and trade spend, and created on-demand reports and analytics. They also managed customer logistics and supported the yearly audit.

Goldsmith's role at Locale Outdoor in 2020 saw them as the Director of Finance and HR, where they accomplished financial and human resources tasks. They then joined ReliAscent LLC in 2021 as a Senior Accountant, performing full-service outsourced accounting for federal contractors and grant recipients. Their responsibilities included accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing, and monthly financial statement preparation. They also utilized cost accounting principles to create Overhead/G&A/F&A rates for clients.
