Jesse Goldsmith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Beginning in 2003, Goldsmith worked as the Chief Brrrista at Goldsmiths Premiums Ice Cream until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, Goldsmith served as the General Manager at Goldsmith's Inn, where they were responsible for various tasks including front desk management, creative advertising, social media management, breakfast cooking, and customer service. During this time, Goldsmith also conducted occupancy and rate analysis to optimize pricing during peak times and events.

In 2013, Goldsmith joined Stantec as a Government Contracts Specialist and Small Business Liaison Officer. They then joined ReliAscent LLC in 2021 as a Senior Accountant, performing full-service outsourced accounting for federal contractors and grant recipients. Their responsibilities included accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing, and monthly financial statement preparation. They also utilized cost accounting principles to create Overhead/G&A/F&A rates for clients.
