Doug Bleakly

Doug Bleakly has extensive experience in the fields of geology, business development, and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sustainable Contra Costa since 2016, Doug previously worked as a Senior Associate Geologist at Amec Foster Wheeler, addressing water use issues related to oil and gas operations in California. Doug's career includes key roles such as Manager of Reservoir Monitoring at MicroSeismic, Inc., and Manager of Long-Term Monitoring Programs for ESG USA Inc., where responsibilities spanned marketing, sales, client relations, and project management. Additional experience includes positions in business development and operational leadership at various firms, including COO at PeakStar and BD Manager at Versar. Doug holds a BA in Geology from the University of Colorado Boulder and has a BHS from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
