Amy Rodman is currently the Business Development Manager at Sustainable Food Center and also runs their own business as a Brand/Product Consultant and Healthy Eating Program Developer. Previously, Amy co-founded Super Seed Foods, LLC and founded NadaMoo!. Amy also worked as a Program Developer and Chef Instructor at The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Houston and has pursued additional education in the culinary and food as medicine fields.

Founded in 1993, with roots dating back to 1975 as Austin Community Gardens, Sustainable Food Center (SFC) is involved in every step of our local, Central Texas, food system. With our new mission to transform the food system to nourish our health, land, and livelihood, SFC is laying the groundwork for our next phase as an organization.
