Marie-Hélène Masse

Marie H. is an experienced User Researcher currently working at Insights since January 2023. Previously, Marie held the position of Senior UX Researcher at Voicemod from October 2022 to December 2022 and served as Senior Design Researcher at Vodafone from December 2020 to October 2022. Marie's background includes a role as Service Design & Innovation Researcher at Skills Development Scotland from August 2017 to December 2020, Social Researcher at The Lennox Partnership from January 2017 to July 2017, and Field Researcher at Toonspeak Young People's Theatre from October 2016 to January 2017.
