Ellen Dully

Ellen Dully, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in non-profit and community-focused organizations. Currently serving as Finance Director at Sustainable Northwest since October 2025, Ellen leads financial strategies for projects that support environmental sustainability and community wellness. Previously, as Deputy Director at Forth, Ellen contributed to electrifying transportation solutions, and as Finance Manager, Senior at Multnomah County, oversight of fiscal operations for homeless services was a primary responsibility. Additionally, Ellen held the position of Director of Finance & Operations at the National Crime Victim Law Institute, where financial management and reporting were key. Earlier roles include Associate Director of Development Operations at Oregon Food Bank and Development and Communications Manager at Make-A-Wish Oregon, with a focus on resource development and fundraising. Ellen holds an MBA from Willamette University and a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College.
