Monaem's career began in 2009 as a Sr. Sustainability Manager at Schema Sustainability Partner, an advisory firm specializing in CSR and corporate sustainability. During their tenure, they developed sustainability strategies and programs for clients, conducted capacity-building and training, and produced successful sustainability reports and case studies in the Middle East region.
