As a Founding Partner since 2011, Monaem has been instrumental in supporting leading brands across 3 regions and 10 markets in identifying and addressing ESG risks and promoting responsible and inclusive operations. Monaem has also contributed to the development of Squarely ESG, an innovative ESG reporting tool that automates processes and enhances sustainability targets.

Additionally, Monaem is an Investor at AT Worthy, where they assess entities' Digital Worthiness and promotes the positive impact of digital transformation on humanity. Monaem serves as a Board Member at the Maghreb Economic Forum (MEF), an independent Think-and-Do Tank focused on supporting economic and social development in the Maghreb region. Monaem's career began in 2009 as a Sr. Sustainability Manager at Schema Sustainability Partner, an advisory firm specializing in CSR and corporate sustainability. During their tenure, they developed sustainability strategies and programs for clients, conducted capacity-building and training, and produced successful sustainability reports and case studies in the Middle East region.

Monaem also pursued executive education in Impact Investing in Africa at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town in 2017. In 2015, Monaem obtained an Associate's Degree in Sustainability of Food Systems: A Global Life Cycle Perspective from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Additionally, they earned an Associate's Degree in Social Impact Studies from the University of Michigan in 2014. Monaem completed their high school education and received a High School Diploma from the Center for Executive Programs and Professional Services (CEPPS) at the American University in Dubai in 2019.
