Sydney Day possesses a diverse background in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving in a recruiting role at The Home Depot since May 2024. Prior experience includes a position as a Sales Development Representative at Dialpad and a previous role as a Recruiting Specialist at The Home Depot, where responsibilities included sourcing and managing internship candidates. Additionally, Sydney held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at Nielsen, where interview scheduling and candidate communication were key tasks. Early career roles included positions as a Disposition Specialist and Intelligence Specialist with the Tempe Police, as well as an internship in recruiting at Sprinklr. Sydney earned a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology, supplemented by a minor in Psychology from Arizona State University.
