Sustainable Wellness is a specialized trauma-informed therapy and wellness practice focused on providing a holistic approach to healing. We currently offer mental health counseling for issues ranging from life transitions to complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD). We’re passionate about and committed to helping clients achieve optimal wellness in a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment. Our team believes that the body has the ability to heal and that growth occurs while exploring the root causes of issues – not only treating symptoms.
