Jim Kuster is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and sustainability management. As Managing Partner at Gravitas Americas LLC since January 2019, Kuster provides strategic oversight and leadership. Kuster also serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Sustainable Westchester, Inc., contributing to sustainability initiatives since January 2022. Previously, Kuster held significant roles, including Head of M&A Advisory and CEO of Citizens Capital Markets, Inc. at Citizens Financial Group, Inc., as well as Managing Director positions at RBS Securities Inc., Crest Advisors, LLC, and Chase Securities, Inc. Kuster holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Music from Davidson College, and an MBA in Finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
